Privacy notice

What you share with us

When you join the waitlist, you submit your email address. The form also identifies which signup box you used and the version of the signup notice. If you contact us, we receive your email address, selected topic, and message.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to send Astrylium beta access news and launch updates. Contact information is used to respond to your request. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a beta invitation, and a contact request does not add you to the waitlist.

Hosting and form processing

This website uses Netlify for hosting and form processing. Netlify stores form submissions and can send them to our email inbox. Hosting, spam filtering, and email providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect these services. Your submission is not published on this website.

Tracking and sharing

This website’s code does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or visitor-tracking cookies. Service providers may process technical data as described above. We do not sell waitlist information.

Your choices

You can stop receiving waitlist emails by replying to an update or using our contact form and selecting “Remove me from the waitlist.” You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted.

Retention and security

We keep information while it is needed to operate the waitlist or respond to your request. A deletion request may require removing copies from both the form provider and our email inbox. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; please do not submit passwords, credentials, or confidential assessment data.

Questions or changes

Use our contact form for privacy questions. We will update this notice as the website and product evolve.
